LeBron Raymone James Sr. born on December 30, 1984, is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA). He is known as King James he is widely thought to be one of the best players of all time and is often compared to Michael Jordan in debates over the best basketball player of all time. James is the winner of four NBA titles. There are four NBA MVPs. Four NBA Finals MVPs. Three All-Star MVPs. Two Olympic golds. James had more points than any other player during the playoffs. He also has the second-most career points and ranks seventh among career assists. James is part of the NBA All-Stars, 18 All-NBA Teams and Five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. Ten NBA Finals is the most ever. He has also won eight times in a row between 2011 and 2018; He was also picked to be on The NBA 75th Anniversary team. James was chosen to be part of the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. James became the first NBA player with 10,000 points, rebound and assists in 2022. James played basketball for St. Vincent-St. Mary High School within his hometown of Akron Ohio and was heavily in the news media as a future NBA star. In 2003, the Cleveland Cavaliers selected him with the first pick of the NBA draft in 2003. Following his selection as 2004's NBA Rookie of the Year, he quickly established himself as an elite player in the NBA receiving the NBA's MVP award both in 2009 and 2010 James joined Miami Heat in 2010 when he became a Free Agent after failing to achieve the title with Cleveland.
