Shawnee Smith is an American actor and musician most well-known for her appearances in the "Saw" film series and the 'Becker.' Shawnee is also called"the "scream queen" due to the sheer number of horror films she's appeared in. Moreover, she is known for her part in the film The Stand, that is a reworking of the book of the same name by Stephen King. She's made a number of guest appearances in TV series like 'Cagney and Lacey Married With Children and 'Murder, She Wrote' and the 'Players. The actress toured the United States and Europe as part of the punk/metal "FydollaH' group during the decade of 2000. She played in 'Smith & Pyle' a country-rock desert band along with actress Missi Pyle. Their debut album, It's is OK to Be Happy took place on the desert of Joshua Tree. The group disbanded because of their professional lives and acting gigs. Shawnee plays a wide variety of instruments including guitar, drums and piano. She has also performed solo in the film soundtrack of 'Catacombs'.
